Crafting a look for the
- Website design
Sprosen sells, rents and leases commercial property. With decades of experience as estate agents, they help their clients get commercial property in the hospitality and leisure sector. They approached me to create their new brand and website.
Design a brand that is not just modern, but strong and professional. Create stationery that can be used in-house. Design the business website thinking about user needs.
A bold, professional look that works online and offline. The site should generate leads, and allow users to easily scan for new properties.
Moving to a new property as a business, or getting your first is a daunting task. Creating a tailored about page allows Sprosen to give users an insight of who they are and build trust.
Getting in touch is the key interaction on the website, I designed a clean full-page form to help Sprosen get more enquiries.
Step by step
Splitting the form into two areas allows users to focus on easy to digest sections, generating more leads for the Sprosen team.
The property page is arguably the most important page on the website, giving users an overview of each property before they decide to view it. Creating a bar of key information at the top of the page makes it easy for users to view important information.
The site is fully responsive allowing users to navigate it on all devices. Using large, clear call to actions helps move users around the site.
